“The shoes are not quite what I expected. I thought they would be lace up, but the laces are really more decorative. My experience was not good with reaching out to support. It took days and a follow up email to receive a response to the status of my shipment. I chatted with two different agents and received two different answers. Customer support needs some training”
“I bought these for when I walk the dog in the early mornings/late nights and there’s still dew everywhere. They’re perfect, comfortable enough for our longer walks. I think the first pair I got was a little defective in the knit part, and did leak after the first month, but with the warranty the customer service team was able to get me a new pair - no problem!”
“I have an extremely narrow foot and have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I saw that this style claimed to run narrow. Often shoes that are a narrow width are still too wide for my feet, so I was skeptical. I normally wear an 8-1/2 so I ordered size 8. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit perfectly, like a sock. I wore them around the house and for short jaunts in the yard and they seemed very comfortable, except for a slight roughness in the right heel. I plan to take these on a trip that involves lots of walking, so I tested them locally on a greenway walk. Not 2 miles into the walk, I developed a blister in the right heel. Had to finish the remaining 3 miles with a painful heel. I will have to cover the inside heel with tape or moleskin and hope that solves the problem. I can’t exchange them because they’ve already been worn. After this happened I read reviews to see if this happened to others and did find another reviewer reporting the same problem - roughness in one heel. It’s so disappointing because they were almost perfect - great fit, splash-resistant, and looked great (I got the charcoal gray). Please investigate and rectify the cause of this defect.”
“Great, waterproof shoes for everyday. Work 12hr shifts in healthcare and these are perfect. Lightweight, comfy, easy to slide on. They do tend to wear after substantial wear but happy to repurchase.”
