“I bought these to replace my Cityscape Classics from a couple years ago that had finally kicked the bucket. I didn’t hesitate to buy another pair because I LOVED my old ones (we’re talking 7/5 stars). But I’m disappointed with the new design. I don’t think they look as low-profile casual as the previous version and I don’t love the new look of the ankle part. Also, while I know the wear in and I’m hoping they do the same this time, I got blisters wearing them on the first longer (20 minute) walk I did. All this to say, I’m going to see if they wear in, but disappointed the design changed.”
“The cityscape classic is super comfortable and lightweight. I think in the charcoal grey with the contrast it is super fun and pairs with all of my clothes well. I highly recommend this shoe for any casual occasion!”
“This style is what you expect from Vessi. They’re comfortable, but not as comfortable as the newer styles. It’s a bit on the narrow side, so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with wide feet. Great for casually walking around.”
“I really want to love these shoes as they look great. Unfortunately they are too narrow around the forefoot and my feet hurt after wearing them for 2 hours. Doesn’t help that I have a bunion issue. I was hoping the knit fabric would mild around the bunion. But that didn’t happen. :(”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
The Cityscapes are our most narrow-fitting style and as a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
