“The shoes are fantastic. Very, very comfortable, feet stay completely dry. Honestly I have no complaints about the product at all, and would recommend them for anyone.
The only issue I had (hence not 5 stars) is the purchasing process. The issues were:
1) My first order was the wrong size (we receive what we ordered, just the wrong size). We decided we wanted a different style as well, but couldn't do an exchange. Needed to return and then order another one (which meant we lost our 'coupon' that we used on the first one, and the new style were a higher price...).
2) I ordered a second pair for my husband, but trying to apply the 'second purchase' coupon just wouldn't work online. After many tries, just ended up buying the second pair without the discount.
In a nutshell their online ordering process and return process could work better. Again, product is awesome, just need to make the purchase experience better.”

“As someone with a dog, who loves going on early morning walks, these shoes are everything I ever dreamed of! My feet are no longer wet when walking in the dewy grass and rainy day walks are so much more comfortable. The only thing I'm still trying to get a handle on is the smell... I've cleaned them once following the instructions, but the old wet smell is still there. A part from that, I love the shoes!”
