“I wore the shoes on a long walk in the rain, and the only part of my socks that got wet was the part above the shoe line, so the waterproofing really works! I only had one slight issue with them, and that was at the top of the heel, where the friction between the shoe and my ankle created a blister. After a little while walking in them the blister went away, but the shoe will still rub against that part of my foot and hurt occasionally.”
