“I purchased these shoes for my fiancé, who is a Mail carrier. He walks all day and said the weren't very comfortable. They're fine for wearing them out, but not on the job. He wears a 10 1/2, but I had to order an 11 since you don't have half sizes. He said they're a little too bid, which effects the comfort level.”

It sounds as though your Vessis aren't providing your partner the amount of comfort they were looking for. I'm very sorry to hear that and understand how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
