“The quality of construction is top notch. It feels breathable and splashing through puddles or wet grass, my feet are kept dry as advertised.
The back of the shoe is a bit stiff and unpadded for the level of engineering and considerate design seen in the rest of the shoe. A $150 shoe should NOT be causing blisters on my heels. Come on! A little padding is an easy fix.
Also, the tread leaves something to be desired, as does the overall foot support underneath. The sole is a bit thin for a shoe called "Move" - If I'm standing still all day it wouldn't be an issue, but I need more ball-of-foot cushion for moving.”

I'm sorry to hear you have been experiencing discomfort on your heels from your shoes. Our ankle opening is a little firm to start, therefore you could experience some discomfort before it stretches out to perfectly accommodate your feet. I would definitely recommend giving your feet time to heal before giving your shoes a try again but wearing thicker socks or adding something to cover up the affected area could help too while you allow your shoes to adjust to the shape of your foot.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
