“Kind of a tight fit. Which is weird because I'm usually a size 8. Cannot wear them without socks because they seem to be made from a rubber substance. Not the most comfortable shoe but wearable just not as soft as I expected. It's overall okay. Gonna test it in the rain soon. I believe them when they say it's water proof.”
Hi Kenisha,
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We apologize for any inconvenience you've faced regarding the break-in process of your Vessis. The material is designed to conform to your foot's shape, similar to how socks fit. Over time, as you wear them, they should gradually adapt and stretch to better fit your foot. It's quite common for Vessis to feel snug initially.
To help during this period, some customers find using a shoehorn to put on the shoes helpful. Additionally, you can accelerate the stretching process by placing a few pairs of thick socks inside the shoes overnight, which should aid in expanding their shape.
We sincerely value your input and will make sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team. Continuous improvement is a priority for us, and your experience contributes to that effort.
Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
“Shoe is waterproof and quite comfortable in the cushioning in the sole, but runs small. It's tight across the top, not unreasonably so, but noticeable . Hoping it loosens up with wearing. Great aesthetics and shipped very fast.”
“I really like these shoes as the are comfortable and keep my feet dry during lifeguarding, however, they did give me blisters as I was wearing them in.”
