I'm so sorry to hear that your Vessis didn't fit quite as you'd hoped. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
