“Slightly wider in the toe. But that would ant really affecting the comfort as the fabric gives. As a 25 year letter carrier, my main issue is the support of the shoe. They’re as comfortable as a slipper but after a short time my feet ache from impact.

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
