“I am still adjusting to these shoes. I have a high arch & have found the tightness of the top of the shoe is an adjustment for me. I would prefer if there were a tongue that I could adjust to adapt better to my foot. I find myself wanting to take the shoes off after a few hours just to give my feet a break. They do look good & I love the waterproof feature.”

We're so glad that you are enjoying the waterproof feature of your shoes and love the way that they look. That being said we're also so sorry you've been experiencing discomfort from your shoes, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback and suggestion about a tongue flap along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve.
