“Great fit, super comfy. My only problem is one of the insoles continually slides out of place leaving a pretty uncomfortable position for my heel. No luck getting it to stay in place so that’s a bit frustrating. Wish there was some way to self remedy the issue.”

“I must say the shoes really live upto to what they promise . They are waterproof, I didnt really jump in puddles knowingly but I accidently stepped in one and then wet roads did the rest. My other shoes would get wet and in Toronto weather ,even a little wet can cause you freeze. I am not endorsing to do it but if you go ahead and wear these in snow they work , they seriously do . I am honestly enjoying my time with the shoes. My one concern is the size, I sized up a bit but it is still really snug to my liking just too snug for that matter. I am giving it some to take shape so that for the future. So the size is something which needs to be figured out.
But I really like my vessi , I do recommend them with my heart.”

It is normal for your Vessis to feel snug at first as the knit material is designed to stretch out after several wears. This helps create that perfect fit for your feet! That said, we will really appreciate your support 💙
“I love the ethical design values. I love the comfort. I had hoped that these shoes were my long-sought answer to a water-resistant sneaker that I can wear every day.
Unfortunately, the shoes lasted about a month until the laces ripped through the eyelet and about 3 months until a hole appeared between the base of the shoe and the edge. I don't do any activity in them aside from walking outside on light trails or sidewalk (I have other shoes for gym or hikes). I had hoped for far better durability and value from Vessi and am back to the drawing board looking for a light shoe that will meet my needs.”

We're so sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your Vessis! This sounds to us like there is a possible defect with the shoe, as the eyelet shouldn't break (especially that quickly).
