“I love my vessi. I wear them almost daily for my job and I love that I no longer have wet feet at the end of the day.
However.
I've purchased one pair less than a year ago and the sole started to come apart and it started to leak.
I contacted customer service and they very generously gave me a second pair for free.
I've had this second pair for less than 3 months and the sole is already falling apart. Their care team took a moment to tell me how to care for my vessi and I've been doing the best I can, but still the soles are falling apart and becoming a tripping hazard.
Still an amazing shoe, and incredibly worth it, but it's a real bummer it has only been 3 months and it's falling apart.”

“Really nice shoes. I bought a second pair as soon I got the first one. I can’t wait for it to rain in the PNW for me to take advantage of them being water proof.
Two things I think could be worked on. One being the width of the shoe. If you look down at your feet with the shoes on they may look like clown feet if you have small feet. Maybe give a narrow and a wide option? Second, sometimes they feel too tight on the tongue area. Even with loosen shoe laces but that only happens after I’ve worn them 10 hours straight.”
“The shoes are truly waterproof. Even when I walk through puddles my feet stay completely dry. The top of the shoe was quite tight at first but is starting to loosen and become more comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the insole is not the most comfortable. There is a bump across the front that hits the wrong spot on my feet. They are made for short walks, not walking all day. Great for running out to do errands on a rainy day.”
