“Comfortable pair of shoes! Haven't had a chance to test them in any torrential downpours yet but they've done well so far in light rain.
Definitely wider at the front of the shoe than I was expecting - the pictures don't do a great job of showing the shape of the shoe - too many photos just showing them from the side, not the top. I probably would have gone with the Cityscapes if I had known ahead of time.”
“They are totally water proof! My feet stayed warm and dry even when I walked in the water at the beach! The only thing I would want to improve, if anything, is the support. Soles could be a bit thicker maybe? I can feel the pavement a bit”

In terms of the support, we will definitely let our Product Team know as we're always looking for ways to improve. In the meantime, the insoles are actually removable so you have the option of using your own insoles for additional support and comfort. Hope that helps!
“I purchased these because I walk to work regularly, and its just going to get more wet as the season changes. Wore them fresh out of the box to work (where I am on my feet the whole time). It like they were already broken in. No blisters of pinching that normally comes from brand new shoes. I do have high arches, so the arch support is lacking compared to what I normally wear. That is the only reason why I did not get a 5 star (the description stated better arch support). I have not worn it in water by now, but we are expecting rain in the next couple days, so I am excited to put them to the test!”

As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do offer low arch support and designed for lightweight activity. We have made the insoles removable to give people the option of using their own insoles if they require any additional support. If you find that your Vessis aren't providing enough arch support for you, feel free to check out Dr. Scholl's as they provide a wide variety of insoles for you to choose from. We hope this helps!
Our Product Team has also developed a new insole that has been implemented in our new Weekend Sneaker collection. These new PU molded insoles provide more arch support, shock absorption and overall comfort compared to our current version. We hope you decide to try them out in the future!
