“Laces don't really have an impact. You can make then tighter but the shoes are already snug. The bottom part does crease because of the material. The pattern on the bottom prevents large rocks from getting stuck. They can get dusty, but the fact that they are water proof makes them easy to clean the outside. I measured my feet and got size 6 I think, it ended up suffocating my feet, and I got a size up and it was better. It was free to send them back and get the new size. The customer service was helpful.”

“I have been wearing these shoes daily since getting them. After a week or so of breaking them in, they have been amazingly comfortable for everyday wear (as its name suggests). I often get heel and arch pain from shoes that lack support, but I've had none of that with these. They are definitely waterproof. I've worn them in the rain, walking through puddles, and even dipping them into a lake while sitting on a dock.
Initially, the shoes were a bit too snug during the heatwave after longer walks with my dog (to the point where my baby toe was a bit tingly due to restricted blood circulation). However, they have stretched out and formed to my feet, and I don't have that issue anymore. I would recommend wearing them only for short periods for the first while until they stretch out to avoid the same problem that I had.
The only other downsides (none of which are deal breakers to me) is that the sides of the soles have already started to crease a bit from the constant compression of walking, and they squeak a bit when I walk. If I wear them without socks for a longer period of time, my feet do get a bit warm and sweaty. When wearing them with thin socks, I have no complaints.
All in all, these are great waterproof shoes!”

“I love my Vessi shoes. I have two pairs and one pair is always in my vehicle in case an adventure pops up. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the grip. I walk through brooks and along rivers. I find they slip on wet rocks more than my regular sneakers.”
