“I LOVE THESE SHOES! I originally got the everydays on the recommendation of a coworker but within a week was ordering the weekenders as well. I work in a dog grooming salon and can literally spray a hose on them and my socks stay dry. On top of it they break in easily and seem to be holding up easily to eight plus hours on my feet constantly getting them wet, soapy, and trampled on by heavy dogs. So far they’re my favorite work shoe (plus out of work shoe) ever!”
“I liked that I could put in orthotics and one of my orthotics even has a heel lift. Also the size 9 (usually I fit 8 1/2 Wide) was able to accommodate bunions and 1 hammertoe. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a senior but I find the shoe very difficult to put on. Perhaps a loop at the back of the heel would help in this endeavour? Also, I find the round shoelaces consistently become untie during walking. I’m going to try substituting flat laces for the round ones to see if this solves the problem.”

Our designers actually dabbled with adding a pull tab for Vessis but found that it compromised the knit of the shoe. “I have already walked many kilometers in my Vessis and found them very comfortable. Even during our recent cold snap my feet stayed toasty. I must admit I haven’t jumped in any puddles yet but rainy day walks with dry feet will now be a reality.
