“She wanted the shoes because she had/has gym class first period and would get her feet wet every morning when running across the grass for gym. Hopefully she'll like her shoes. They are a Christmas gift and has not had them on yet. She had seen them on website and ask for them.

“They are comfy and they stay on my feet well. I thought they could use a little more heel padding. I’m on my feet all day, but switching to my after work shoes I realized just how comfy the vessis were! They are wonderfully waterproof; after puddles and snow my socks are as dry as can be. My only qualm is that the laces squeak against the shoe when I walk if I tie them too tight. I would buy these again and again, especially since they are so good ethically.”

One reason for the noise could be the suede lace cage rubbing against the upper knit, for that you could try a touch of WD-40 between them to help with friction. Also, hockey tape might work for that too. Hope this helps!
“I was excited to test out my new Vessi’s at work yesterday (I work in an elementary school). They kept my feet warm and dry during a very rainy recess and lunch. However, my heels were getting a bit sore because the shoes were rubbing against them. Maybe they were half a size too big?”

Glad your pair kept your feet warm and dry! Yes, this could be a sizing concern. If you find them big, you can try wearing thickers socks or replacing the insoles with a custom orthotic that will give you the fit that you need.
“I ordered the shoes and received them and they were a little big , I reached out to exchanged them and the customer service and communication and the ease of the exchange was excellent! I haven't received the exchanged show yet but the other ones even tho were big t he y where so comfortable! I'm am so excited! Looking to but more shoes in the future!”
