“Very confortable for long walk. Good looking. Take a size down because they are bigger than my usual size. Really good customer service to switch size!”
“I fell in love with your Vessi and ordered a pair (a crazy idea given my shoe-and-feet history). They at first felt comfortable, very comfortable. But I gave them a good test: walking around and around on my carpeting. I have bunions and have had two broken metatarsals from just walking and a broken toe from drying it too roughly. I have osteoporosis. My big toes reach over and cover their neighboring toes. I need an expensive orthotic. Unfortunately, even with my orthotic, the support for my toes is insufficient with the Vessi shoe. I was SO HOPING this shoe would work so I would have a water-proof shoe for walking in the rain. (Maybe I just need to get a pair of Totes rubbers.)”
Sorry to hear that this did not work out for you and thank you for sharing this with us! Rest assured that we will forward your feedback to the Product team for future design improvements.
“I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m usually a size 6-61/2 so I ordered a 7 and they fit perfect. Also more comfortable than I was expecting. They hug my feet like a sock. I bought these shoes to wear to the beach with my dog and I am very satisfied. My feet stay completely dry when stepping into the water to grab my dog’s ball. The sand and mud don’t stain the white shoe. They are perfect for what I wanted but it’s an added bonus that they are so comfy and supportive - I’ll be wearing them to the gym too!”
“I am a nursing assistant and I typically shower residents so I was super excited about the waterproof aspect of these shoes. I have had such a great experience and my socks do keep dry! They are a bit tight around my foot especially near the front of my ankle, and I’m assuming this is because of the material, but I’m hoping that as I break them in this gets better. So far so good.”
Hi Melissa,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It’s normal for the ankle opening to be a little firm to start! Over the first few wears of your new shoes you’ll notice that the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate and create the perfect shape around your feet. The reason you want this is to make sure no water comes in through the ankle. The only way to ensure this is if you allow the shoe to mold to your ankle shape. In order to do that, you do need them to be tight at first and then only stretch when they’ve learned your specific foot shape. This creates that snug, sock like fit that we are loved for!
“Bought a pair of these for my brother and boyfriend for Christmas. They both loved them so much that I ended up buying myself a pair! They are very comfortable and 100% waterproof. Love the fact that you can just slip them on and off.
I’m usually a size 6.5 / 7 in shoes and bought a size 7 which fit perfectly.”
“I loved the comfort and the way that they look. They look professional enough to be worn to work and they are comfortable for me to walk and stand my entire shift.”
