“The Vessi customer service team is the best! After a couple small issues with my first pair, was able to get a replacement that I'm thrilled with! Wore them during the recent NYC flood and the staff at my appt were shocked they were still dry. If your feet run on the wider side of standard for women, definitely opt for the men's. I'm an 8.5 and originally got the W8 and they were slightly small on length and width. Second time around got the men's 7 and they fit absolutely perfect and so comfy! Beware the lighter colors do pick up dirt and stains relatively easily.”

“The shoes are super comfy, they have a lot of padding so it’s soft under my foot. They are just a smidge too small but there are no half sizes and the site says to size down so I’m hoping they stretch a little over time. Haven’t worn them in the rain yet but looking forward to testing the waterproof aspect out soon.”
