“I originally ordered the wrong size since you're supposed to order a size down. After exchanging, my correct size is still slightly loose but theyre very comfortable and don’t pinch my wide feet. Fits well with or without large socks, and have been keeping my feet warm in the cooler weather, especially since my feet stay dry.”

I originally ordered the 1 size smaller as recommended on your site.
They fit perfectly width wise and in the opening, BUT, the length was slightly short and my toe was pushing against the end. Even after wearing around the house I just couldn't wear them without discomfort. I had to send back and exchange for a size bigger ( my regular size) these ones are somewhat loose. the length, although better is now a bit too long and the width is too loose as well. If I tighten the laces to make them more narrow the fabric then folds ( as there is no tongue) and pushes uncomfortably on the top of my foot. The foot opening is also now a bit loose which causes my foot to lift at the heel a bit .
It would have been a PERFECT shoe if the original size smaller I had ordered was just a bit longer as the rest of the fit was perfect for me. I have kept them anyways as they really are a nice shoe.
I guarantee if you actually add half sizes ( I have seen many reviewers requesting this ) that I would be purchasing more of this style.”
