“Got these for my Girlfriend and she really found them to be perfect for her active life style of walking and running outdoors. Waterproof does not only work but also brings a comfort to the idea that your feet will be dry at end of the day. Fabric also very breathable. 10/10”
“i haven't yet received my new "Women's Weekend-Asphalt Black" shoes, but did want to review my previous Vessi shoes, as titled. I very much enjoyed these shoes in all ways - they were very comfortable, relatively sturdy, and I greatly enjoyed the waterproof aspect. A few months after purchase, I went out for a walk and some errands. While I was in a store, we experienced an unexpected snowfall. I walked out of the store and stepped onto the sidewalk. My feet -immediately- went from under me and I went down on the concrete with a flop. The shoes offered no traction whatsoever. I was shocked, as I had been hiking with these shoes through varied terrain, including wet stones. Thankfully, I wasn't hurt, and although I tried to slip-slide home, it became obvious I had to take a taxi. It hasn't turned me against Vessi, as I've ordered a new pair, but I certainly did learn not to trust these shoes for all weather situations.”

The Weekend will be our most slip proof design thanks to the full outsole rubber tread. This means that while the Weekend line is more slip proof than the Everyday or Cityscape collection, it's also a bit heavier as a trade off. Even with that however, they're still definitely lighter that similar court shoe designs! Hopefully your new pair will give you the confidence to wear them in any kind of weather.
