“Really happy with my decision to buy a pair of Vessi: they are stylish, super comfy out of the box (it's like wearing slippers!) and waterproof, what else can you ask for when you live in Raincouver?
I guess they still have to go through the test of living through the whole rain season here, but I am confident they will do a good job.
The one thing I am worried about is that they don't look like they will be super durable which is kind of a concern when spending $150+ on shoes that are supposed to be "everyday shoes". But we'll see I guess... update in a year or two.
Also good to know, this model runs slightly big, I usually wear a size 9W and I feel like I could have easily gone for a 8.5 (maybe even a 8, but that might have been really snug then).”
“I'll be honest, I went into vessis with doubt. "Completely waterproof shoes"??? Got to be bogus. Boy was I wrong! They don't look waterproof, but I stuck my foot in a pool to see if my sock got wet, and not a drop of water. I was shocked!!! The only thing is that the back of the shoe rubs on my foot a smidge, but that just means I wear higher socks or get more of vessis socks!”
We're so happy that you're loving your Vessi's! That might mean that your Vessi's needs to stretch a bit more, you can try leaving thick socks inside of your shoes for a night. Thank you so much, Jessica and have fun puddle hunting with them!
“They are a little bit wide for my feet but this allows me to wear thick socks in winter, and making them slip-ons for the rest of the year. They have excellent grip and are 100% waterproof on the outside (snow, puddles, can still get in from the ankles but that rarely happens to me). I love the teal laces and black colour.”
“They are very comfortable right out of the box. No need to break them in. They are definitely waterproof and that's why I bought them. BUT The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is because I can't play any sports in them. They are very stretchy so my feet slide around in them when I'm playing any high intensity sport. Which is a part of my daily activitys so they arnt my "every day shoes" unfortunately.”
“I bought a pair for my husband because I am so pleased with my pair of Vessi. We get occasional accidental splashes at work and had to work eight/twelve hours with wet sock/feet, pretty annoying. With Vessi I no longer avoid slashes, spills and puddles.”
