“My son was asking me to buy him a pair of Vessi for almost 6 months. We decided to get him a pair for Christmas and he was so surprised and very happy! He tells his classmates and hockey teammates they are the BEST running shoes he has ever had. AND the bonus is, they are waterproof so he's been wearing them instead of winter boots. The front flap of the left shoe started to pull away so I sent a photo to warranty. Vessi shipped him a brand new pair and told us to recycle to damaged shoe. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
