Customer service was awesome and they were able to help us figure out the best fit snd shoe in adult sizes for my 11 year old son. Returns were hassle free. We ended up getting a ladies size 6 and since they are unisex they worked perfectly. He is loving his new Vessis and is wearing them everyday to school.”
