“I am disappointed. I purchased these waterproof shoes explicitly for a trip to the UK expecting wet weather. They are waterproof, which is good but the soles are not good on wet metal surfaces eg drain covers. I nearly fell as my foot unexpectedly slid on a wet pavement making me not like the shoes because iInow feel nervous walking in the rain!”

We’re sorry to hear your sneakers don't have as much grip as you'd hoped. Our shoes are designed to be slip-resistant - not slip-proof. They're made with 4-way traction, providing the necessary slip-resistance you need for most activities.
That being said, some surfaces when slippery will always be more difficult to navigate and in those situations, we always advise our customers to be extra careful.
