“These really feel like a win for the price. The shoe design is very comfortable, from the waterproof knit that stretches and molds to the soft 'cloud' feeling of the sole. The insole is removable, if you want more support, though the version that comes with the shoe is excellent for those without special needs. They are one of the only shoes I do not immediately feel the need to kick off after taking a long walk.
Tread grip is very good, the shoe slides less than most trail runners in anything except heavy mud or on ice. The only item I have encountered to be aware of is that the sides of the shoe do not have heavy side supports like many others, control of the foot is achieved with the laces. So before light trail hiking or other strenuous activities make sure you have tightened them up.
I have not owned them long enough to comment much on durability, but they are not falling apart in the first month on me. They do clean up easily with just a little water and some soap, so keeping them looking nice is not hard - even if you do walk through a lot of dirt and grime.”
“I found my weekend shoes to be lightweight and comfy but after returning a size 12 (which is my normal size) but I found too tight I ended getting a size 13 which I find to loose and 12 and 1/2 would have been perfect. Iām happy with the shoes but I will be wearing them with thicker socks :)”
