“I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot and high arches, unfortunately the shoes are not as cushioned as I need, nor is the arch support sufficient. Sorry to say I will be returning them. Wish we lived near a store where I could actually try them on.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“Really comfortable. I usually wear a size 8.5 and followed advice to buy a 1/2 size down - fit great. Colour is good - a nice neutral which goes with lots of other colours. I have a wider foot and find them very comfortable. Also have a higher arch but have no trouble slipping on.”
