While Vessis are 100% waterproof they are unfortunately not stain proof so our lighter colours do require more regular care to keep clean. The best cleaning practices are found on the care card included in the box with your Vessis.
Another great tip to keep your Vessis looking as fresh as possible is to mix some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane.
We’re also sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.

“These shoes are very light and comfortable. They do seem to be quite warm though, not as breathable as I would like them to be. I bought them specifically for an upcoming trip to Florida and I'm thinking they may be too hot to wear in the Florida heat. Time will tell! Otherwise they are great so far.”
