“These shoes are pretty amazing. I have high need for support and comfort from my shoes and these rank very high. They are not perfect (about no shoe is for me) as they do not provide the exact right cushion for one arthritic joint, but otherwise, they are so comfortable. Bonus, great for travel - light weight, weather agile and good looking. I didn't think I could like them this much and so I am very happy! I live in the city and do a lot of walking but still want to be stylish and not always have to wear my tennis shoes. These are a WIN.”
“I love these shoes! They are lightweight and so comfortable. I haven't walked through puddles to test their waterproof qualities, but I did walk in the rain and came home with dry feet. I love the color and have gotten compliments on them. I did have to add arch support insoles, but I have to do that with almost every single shoe I own, so this was not a surprise. I normally wear size 7.5, but ordered an 8 and they fit great. I highly recommend these shoes!”
“I’m really glad I ordered these for a trip to Ireland. It was so nice to have a comfy sneaker that was also waterproof. Now that I’m back these have become a favorite in my closet. My daily walk to and from work can be rainy and it’s nice to have an option other than my usual rubber rain boots.
I ordered in the oak brown in women’s size 8. Usually wear a size 8.5 and my foot is wider at the ball, which can sometimes lead to too-snug shoes and difficulties figuring out shoe sizing. The oak brown is a nice camel color that pairs well with a lot of outfit combos.
They securely hold my foot without being uncomfortably tight. I read in some reviews about the opening being too snug and, while it is snug, I haven’t noticed any issues. I do feel that it’s loosened some since my first wear. Other than that, there wasn’t much of a breaking-in phase and these were immediately comfortable. Also, I love that I’m able to slip them on.
For me, the shoes are a tad on the warmer side. However, I don’t expect something fully waterproof to be as breathable as my other non-waterproof shoes. Because of this, I usually wear these with a pair of lightweight, no-show footie socks with rubberized heels (brand is AKOENY, ordered from Amazon).”
