“I got these to wear for a 12 day trip in Scandinavia. I walked 8-15 miles in them every day, from airports to cobblestone streets to parks, and they were nonstop comfortable (zero blisters and no break-in). I even wore them on a long hike that ended up being a slog through super wet and muddy terrain, and they did admirably. I can definitely attest to their waterproofness after that one! They also cleaned up pretty well with soap and water, although I'd like to try running them through the washing machine to see how they do with that. As well as being practical, they were cute enough to wear to dinner or out for drinks. All in all, they were the MVP of the things I packed! I usually wear an 8.5 and sized up as recommended to a 9, but they were way too big. The 8s were perfect, and the return/exchange process was quick and easy.”
“These shoes are perfect. I wasn't even looking for shoes honestly but they caught my eye in the ads and I'm so happy I ordered a pay. They are made really well and are perfect for running around town, especially since I live in a place with rainy season. The color is great as well. The sizing was a bit tricky since they don't have half sizes and I originally went up in size but they were too big. So I exchanged them for the size down and they worked perfectly!”
“I’m still deciding on the Weekend shoe— This is my second pair of Vessi’s- 1st pair are the everyday classic in Pearl White womens size 8. They are still snug around the ankle, as described, but I’ve gotten used to the fit- and once they’re on I’m good to go for the whole day! It literally has molded to my foot which feels great, especially when your on your feet or walking a lot. I love that Vessi’s are waterproof without being heavy and clunky, and I wear my classic everyday pair so much I have to wash them regularly (with a little soap and a toothbrush under warm running water.
I bought the men’s Weekend shoe in a 7 (which is a womens 8) because I wanted to see if they’d fit a little less snug around the back and so I can also wear thicker socks if I wanted. I can definitely get them on and off with more ease, but they are also looser front to back, particularly on one foot, so I felt a little slippage at the heel when I walked. I’ve only worn them around the house and once on a flight home. They’re comfortable, roomier, and I like the style and color better in person than pictured.
Im just trying to decide if I should size down or keep this pair. Customer service has been great answering my question about sizing, so I just have to decide! Either way, they’re not my last pair of Vessi shoes!”
