Magnesium Complex by DoSe is an advanced magnesium supplement that contains eight types of magnesium compounds including magnesium glycinate, citrate, oxide, aspartate, malate, orotate, gluconate, BHB for immediate, intermediate, and long-term benefits.

Magnesium is an important mineral that is required by every cell in the body and is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions. Magnesium supports muscle and nerve relaxation, energy production, hormone manufacture, bone health, protein formation for tissue repair, improved gut cleansing, the stress response, may alleviate headaches and numerous other processes.
Getting enough magnesium is important to keep your body working at its best. Though it is possible to get adequate amounts of this mineral from your diet, taking a supplement may be helpful if you have difficulty meeting your magnesium needs through food or if you have a deficiency.
Magnesium Complex supplement provides the correct strengths of each magnesium compound to maximise their primary benefits. Each Magnesium Complex capsule provides 250mg of magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, magnesium malate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium orotate, and magnesium BHB.

What is Magnesium Complex good for?Providing 500mg of magnesium, the Magnesium Complex can help with everyday well-being (better sleep, more energy, and a better mood) as well as specific health benefits associated with heart health and headaches. Magnesium contributes to a normal energy yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to electrolyte balance, to normal protein synthesis and to normal psychological function. Magnesium also has a role in the process of cell division. As well as the above, magnesium contributes towards normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, as well as to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How long does it take for magnesium to start working?Generally, magnesium supplements are found to be effective after one week of use, as individuals may experience benefits such as improved energy levels, reduced muscle cramps, better sleep quality, and reduced anxiety.
What is the benefit of taking magnesium complex?Whilst the individual magnesium supplements may have specific benefits, many do not want to take several magnesium supplements daily. The body can benefit from some of the variety of magnesium compounds that are absorbed at different rates and have some specific actions which when combined together provide magnesium’s benefits to the body. Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA.
When should I take magnesium complex? Magnesium supplements should be taken with meals. We recommend taking 2 capsules of our magnesium complex every day, ideally with a meal.  Magnesium supplements can be taken at any time of the day, as long as you're able to take them consistently. For some, taking supplements first thing in the morning may be easiest, while others may find that taking them with dinner or just before bed works well for them.  
Will this magnesium give me an upset tummy?This food supplement deliberately uses lower amounts of each magnesium with the aim to reduce any upset tummies that can be associated with magnesium. Magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate have been included specifically since this is a smaller magnesium compound that readily passes from the intestines into the bloodstream. As above, we suggest taking with food.  
Why should I take magnesium complex with food?Magnesium supplements should be taken with meals. Taking magnesium supplements on an empty stomach may cause diarrhea.
How can I tell if I have low magnesium levels? Early signs of magnesium deficiency include nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, tiredness, and weakness.
Where can I find magnesium naturally in food, and is this enough?Magnesium is found in a variety of dietary sources, including black beans, edamame, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, avocados, peanuts, cashews, dark leafy vegetables, and soymilk. The absorption of magnesium from food sources alone is rarely adequate to meet  the recommended daily doses for those who who require magnesium.
Is Magnesium Complex vegetarian-friendly? Yes, our Magnesium Complex is vegetarian and vegan friendly.

Definitely helps with sleep and my skin no longer tingles when I have a magnesium salt bath, but I think this formula is very laxative on me and making me bloated. Taking 1 tablet every other day now to see if that’s better. If not I’ll have to stop this product.

For a number of years I have been unable to walk more than 200 metres without needing to stop due to pains running down my outer thighs - as I’m on statins and I’ve had a thyroidectomy I believed either was the cause. Since taking Magnesium Complex the pains have lessened to such an extent that walking is now a pleasure
