Good Health Naturally Nattokinase™ is a food supplement with Nattokinase and Rutin designed to support healthy blood flow and circulation. Nattokinase is a powerful proteolytic enzyme best known for its astounding fibrinolytic (anti-clotting) capacities.
Natto+ is a fibrinolytic enzyme produced from natto, a Japanese fermented soy food. Natto is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, but most of the food’s health benefits are tied to its powerful nattokinase enzyme. The nattokinase in this formula has high enzyme activity, providing 2000 fibrin units (FU) per capsule.
According to research, nattokinase supplements can lower blood pressure1, support fibrinolytic activity, and help the body break up and dissolve blood coagulation. 2 According to Dr. Martin Milner3, from the Centre for Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, what makes nattokinase a particularly potent enzyme is that it enhances the body's natural ability to fight blood clots in several different ways. Because it so closely resembles plasmin, it dissolves fibrin directly. In addition, it also enhances the body's production of both plasmin and other clot-dissolving agents, including urokinase (endogenous).
Nattokinase normalises fibrin, which leads to smoother blood circulation. Nattokinase capsules are also great for supporting normal circulation while sitting for long periods or taking those stressful long-haul flights.
Nattokinase Benefits:
A powerful fibrinolytic enzyme extracted and highly purified from a traditional Japanese food called natto.
May enhance the body’s natural ability to fight blood clots in several different ways while encouraging healthy blood circulation.
Enhances clot-dissolving agents in the body
Available in a delayed-release capsule designed to be taken on an empty stomach to ensure they are activated in the small intestine rather than in the stomach.
This enzyme has been researched throughout the world, with substantial results in many studies. It has had over 50 studies and papers published on PubMed over the past 30 years.
GMP manufacturing ensures every stage and material are analysed and audited to ensure maximum stability and activity.

Should Nattokinase be taken on an empty stomach?Nattokinase should be taken on an empty stomach. This is because it is a fibrinolytic enyzme meaning it breaks down proteins efficiently. Taking Nattokinase with food might result in this enzyme acting as a digestive enzyme and so diminsh its effectiveness for heart health and other concerns.
Directions: As a food supplement, take one nattokinase capsule twice daily, one hour before food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
If you are pregnant, nursing, have blood-clotting disorders, or are allergic to SOY, do not use this product. If you are taking anticoagulants (blood-thinning medications), consult your healthcare professional. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the daily dose.
