“I have been taking these for around three months now, I wanted to give them a good trial before feedback. I can honestly say they have made a difference to me. I suffer poor health and low immune system and they give me that zap of energy that I need and seem to keep me well. I only take two a day, you can take more. They taste great too. I really recommend them if you have been feeling lack of energy and just low in general. I will continue to buy as part of my wellbeing regime now.”

“Love ashwagandha which has become one of my go to supplements, to have it in luscious sweet gummy form makes it even better although like others have said it would be easy to just eat them like sweets. The only reason I haven’t given them five stars is the difficulty I had getting them out of the jar as they stuck together at the bottom and my fingers weren’t long enough to get at them, it felt wrong somehow to use my toothbrush to get at these sweet lovelies, not that it stopped me of course.”
