Echiomega is a natural vegetarian & vegan supplement derived from Echium plantagineum seed oil, providing a natural and sustainable source of omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids. The active ingredients in Echiomega are more bioavailable than those found in flaxseed oil. Indeed studies suggest that SDA (stearidonic acid) produces up to 5 times more EPA than other plant sourced omega oils.
Research suggests that Echiomega provides long chain fatty acids derived from SDA and GLA (gamma linoleic acid) which may help to maintain cardiovascular health, eye function, aid concentration and learning, support the immune system, retain joint flexibility and maintain stable mood.
Echiomega is not made with any ingredients containing gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts or peanuts. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Compatible with halal and kosher diets.
Directions: As a food supplement, adults and children above 12 years should take between 2 and 4 capsules daily. Children aged three to twelve years should take 1-2 capsules daily. It is not advisable to exceed the above dose unless advised by a healthcare practitioner.
