Kolorex vaginal cream for itching and dryness contains the unique New Zealand Horopito extract (kolorex extract), as well as tea tree oil to gently cleanse the skin; aloe vera and natural source vitamin E to soothe the symptoms of vaginal thrush; and lactic acid to restore natural pH balance.
Kolorex cream helps to eradicate fungal and viral infections safely and effectively and is ideally suited for vaginal infections and the associated itching.
Unlike many thrush creams, Kolorex Vaginal Care Cream is free from synthetic preservatives, fragrances, mineral oils, parabens and does not disturb the pH of the cells lining the vagina.

Treating Vaginal Thrush
Directions: Apply vaginal cream topically to the sensitive areas two or three times daily. The herbal extracts may cause a brief sensation of warmth when applied.
Patch test before use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if reaction occurs or if you have known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. For external use only. Store below 25°C (77°F).

Why does Kolorex cream feel hot when I apply it?Kolorex® Horopito leaves are naturally hot, not unlike cayenne pepper. During the extraction process the activity and heat are concentrated so that even the small amount that goes into the creams can produce a sense of heat. This can be quite warm for a small number of people if applied to sensitive, damaged tissue.
What is the key ingredient in Kolorex?The key to the Kolorex® range is Kolorex® Horopito leaf. This comes from high activity specimens of the traditional New Zealand herb Horopito. These plants are grown in their natural habitat and each harvest must pass an independent test for activity prior to use in the Kolorex® range. The active ingredient in the Horopito leaf is called polygodial. It is the polygodial that is responsible for Horopito’s antifungal activity.
What makes Kolorex different from other products on the market?The main ingredient in Kolorex® products is Horopito (Pseudowintera colorata) which contains a powerful anti-fungal active ingredient. Research has shown that Horopito is stronger than Pau d’Arco, oregano oil or olive leaf oil extract in helping the body restore its natural microflora balance.
