If I take levoxythyroxine every morning to manage my thyroid, should I avoid taking the neuro-mag supplement in the morning? Does it interfere with thyroid meds?Based on the review of the scientific literature concerning potential interactions, there is no indication that the nutrients within this formula would negatively interact with prescription medications. If you take a prescription medication and are interested in taking this supplement, we suggest discussing this decision with your personal physician.
Can these capsules be opened up and eaten with applesauce?You can, and it is still possible that you derive benefit from the nutrients. However, the product was not designed for ingestion in this manner. Also, some may find the taste objectionable because the product is very potent.

Does this magnesium have a laxative effect?Magnesium L-Threonate has less of a laxative effect than other forms of magnesium.
