How to use: To get the full Real Luxury Scented Candle experience, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.
Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm
As you inhale the relaxing de-stress candle fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Do Neom use Palm Oil in any of their products?Neom are currently working on all of their products that contain palm oil/palm oil derived ingredients to ensure these ingredients are certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). RSPO is a non-for-profit organisation who have developed and implement global standards for sustainable palm oil. RSPO standards for the production of palm oil guarantee that palm oil is grown sustainably, ensuring no deforestation along with the protection of labour and human rights.
Do any of Neom’s products contain Limonene?Limonene is naturally found in many essential oils, for example sweet orange oil. Although they do not intentionally add limonene to any of their products, it will be present in the majority of Neom products due to the presence of essential oils. You can always refer to the INCI/Ingredients listing of your product of interest for your reference.
Do any of Neom’s products contain Phthalates?No, Neom’s products do not contain Phthalates.
How are Neom candles made?Every single candle is hand-made from start to finish by a team in the English countryside. Multiple different steps are happening at the same time so in between blending naturally-derived wax with 100% natural fragrance and hand pouring the candles, the team can move onto straightening and trimming wicks, applying labels and wrapping them in boxes on different batches as the wax naturally sets.
What carrier fluid do Neom use in the Reed Diffusers?Neom use an eco friendly solvent with a low carbon footprint called Isopropylideneglycerol which is derived by soya based renewable resources.
What are the Reed Diffuser reeds made from?Neom reeds are made from a natural palm rattan.
What are Neom candle wicks made from?Candle wicks are made from natural cotton fibres.
Are Neom products certified organic?NEOM products are not 100% organic and our products do not hold a final product organic certification. However, we do use high levels of organic ingredients and you can see each product's organic inclusion percentage on its labelling and our organic ingredients are always certified by an appropriate organisation in line with BCORP standards e.g soil association/COSMOS.

Can I use Neom products during pregnancy?All Neom cosmetics & home fragrance products are safe for pregnancy. The essential oil blends are suitable for use in an aromatherapy diffuser, but if diluted to apply via the bath or on skin we would always recommend to consult a medical professional or midwife before use for individual circumstances. If still concerned for any product, we suggest to seek medical advice from your medical practitioner.
Are Neom products safe to use around pets?Although Neom products contain 100% natural fragrance, like humans, our furry friends can react differently to certain ingredients (and obviously we don't test on animals!) Currently, there is no scientific data that indicate diffusing essential oils are dangerous to animals, but consuming an essential oil can be harmful so we would always recommend keeping our products out of reach of your pet. We do not recommend using essential oils directly on your pet as they may lick off and ingest. When using home fragrance products or diffusing essential oils around your pets, we would always recommend leaving a door or window open so that your pet can come and go as they please. Are Neom products safe to use on children?All NEOM products are for ages 16+ use only. Perfect Night's Sleep can be used in the Wellbeing Pod Electronic Diffuser for all ages including babies, except for those under 3 months.
Are Neom products cruelty free?All NEOM cosmetic products are cruelty free. No cosmetic ingredients or final products have been tested on animals since 11th of March 2013.How do I protect my furniture?As our products contain 100% natural essential oils, we would not recommend placing candles, reed diffusers and wellbeing pods directly onto surfaces which may be subject to damage as a result of leakage or spillage. Wooden, metal, limestone or any other porous surface must be protected. Keep items away from soft furnishings.
