Directions: As a food supplement, adults 18 years and older should take one green tea capsule in the morning, with or after breakfast. It is suggested to increase water intake while using this supplement. Do not consume more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period.

One vegetarian capsule contains 250mg Origine 8 Green Tea Extract providing 150mg Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze (Green Tea Leaves, 4:1 extract strandardised to contain 24mg EGCG and with 100mg phospholipid from the liposomal bilayer). Other ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Silica Sunflower Lechitin and Vegetable Stearate in a clear vegetable capsule. Contains 9mg caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavour or preservatives.
