Rhodiola helps to protect against stress and hypertension and so has a beneficial effect on cardiovascular system. Vitamin B5 or ‘Pantothenic Acid’ is known to support the functioning of the adrenal glands, which tend to be overworked during times of stress. Vitamins B5 and B6 also have proven benefits in supporting the nervous system, mental performance and the energy yielding metabolism, combatting tiredness and fatigue.
Directions: As a food supplement, take one Adrenal Calm capsule daily with food, as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
