Ross J. Barr Period Patches are made using a special selection of herbs to help support discomfort associated with menstruation, such as aches, pains, and cramps.
Born from the success of the healing patches, the period pain relief patches are a herbal formula tailor-made to support women during painful and uncomfortable monthly cycles. The period patches’ size and shape are designed to be placed over specific acupuncture points on the lower back and sacrum. The warmth from the herbs radiates through the acupuncture points to help soothe cramps.
Discreet, lightweight, comfortable, and long-lasting, Ross J. Barr period cramp patches have been designed and tested with help from the OHNE Collective, pioneers of period health, and the staff at Claire Mellon & Associates, a leading gynaecology and obstetric practice based at The Portland Hospital, London.
For best results, apply when you first feel your cramps begin. This product is for external use only and is not intended to replace medicines or any medical devices.
Directions: Suitable for adults and children above 12 years of age, apply to the areas of tension and pain as needed. Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch. Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief. As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the area of pain. For optimal results, place them centrally at the base of the back, as shown in the diagram, or on the area of discomfort. Please remove the patch no later than 8 hours after applying. Do not use patches more than three times daily for 7 days. Children under 12 years of age should consult a doctor. Each pack contains seven patches. Single use only.
Use the period patch as directed. This product is for external use only. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. When using please ensure that you avoid contact with the eyes and nose. Do not use this product concurrently with a heating pad. Remove the patch at least one hour prior to bathing and do not use immediately after bathing. Do not use on red, swollen, congested, ulcerated, or broken skin. It is not a substitute for medicines or medical devices. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients or suffer from skin sensitivity, it is recommended that you consult a physician in advance of use. Store sealed and keep in a cool, dry place.
