What is Nutrof® Total?Nutrof® Total is a once-a-day, easy-to-swallow vitamin supplement to support eye health with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, lutein, zeaxanthin, omega-3 fish oils, and resveratrol.
How does Nutrof® Total support eye health?Nutrof® Total contains vitamins and antioxidants specifically from the ARED 2 study which include Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Copper, Lutein, and Zeaxathin which may help to slow down the progression of both types of Age-Related Macular Degeneration, dry AMD and wet AMD. Nutrof Total is a not a cure for AMD, but should be part of a comprehensive approach to eye health including a healthy diet.
How should Nutrof® Total be taken?One daily, with water. To maximise nutrient absorption, take with your largest meal of the day.Is Nutrof® Total suitable for vegetarians?No. It contains fish oil and the capsule contains (bovine) gelatine.Is Nutrof® Total suitable for smokers or past smokers?Yes. It does not contain beta-carotene, meaning it is suitable.Can diabetics take Nutrof® Total?Yes – 1 capsule = 0.22 g sugar. Nutrof® Total contains Sorbitol (38.7 mg per capsule).
