“I'm 50 and take a sachet 3 times a day; on waking, mid afternoon then before bed. After the first month my skin is plumper. I've noticed this more on my body than my face, especially in areas with stretch marks. My hair is growing faster and my eyelashes are thicker. My fingernails are stronger and don't break anymore. Overall I'm very happy to continue. I'm hoping to see improvements in my face the longer I take it. The downsides are the cost and all the packaging. Only the box can be recycled.”
