“I know I'm vitamin deprived, and since I take other Vida glow products, I thought why not.. give this a go, it's only been a month since I've been on them, so it is too early to give you an accurate review, if they are like their other products then they are going to be great. I do like that they are easier to swallow than other vitamins I've taken in the past.”
