“I’ve been suffering from a lot of stress lately. After listening to my friend's recommendation I tried the reishi powder. I will say that I feel less stressed, or rather being able to cope better with stress. However, the powder has a distinct flavor when I add it to protein shakes and I'm not a fan of the flavor.”
