“I've tried several things from VidaCap but this is the first I hate and avoid using. This reishi powder has such a strong taste. It's practically a water repellent. It doesn't dissolve in hot or cold water. I have to use a milk frother to get it to sort of mix up... but usually it just all settles to the bottom of the cup or cakes to the sides of the cup.”

“I used the capsules for 2-3 months and decided to try the powder, and I haven't looked back since. The powder is stronger in my opinion and the price is much lower. It may not be the best if you don't like gritty textures, since this never really entirely dissolves but that's not an issue for me.”
