“I sleep through the night and wake rested on minimal sleep. This is the best product for sleep. I use this at night before I have my tea with honey. It doesn’t taste like anything because it's capsules, which is great because powdered Reishi has an intense flavor - not good but it’s not too bad either.”

“Beyond excellent! The following day I took the first capsule, I got up so easily and felt filled with energy all day long. This is really not typical for me. I work from home everyday and sometimes feel too sleepy, tired and with no concentration. But I haven’t felt those at all so far since I've began taking reishi.”
