“It probably took around 2-3 days to feel the full effect of Reishi. I definitely think it's worth it to wait out that period and have it build up in your system until you decide whether it's good or not for you. Chaga for example doesn't do what I want for me, so I stick to Reishi. Many experience positive effects from their first time trying, but that's not the case with everyone. Hope that helps.”
