“The service was as good as ever however there seems to be a lot of tiny brown seeds in the mix that I don't remember before. The actual sunflower seeds are great.”

“Just as good as usual. Mostly I combine a visit to Vine House with any other business I have in that part of the world. On this occasion as the bluetits, in particular, were eating me out of house and home I had some delivered.”

“it's still in the feeder, no birds have touched it! It's already mixed in with the bird food I've also got which is being taken. Disappointing”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As black sunflower seeds still have their husks, most birds will go for an easier option if available - sunflower hearts for example. De-husking food takes precious time & energy, which is in short supply especially during the breeding season. Finches & the Tit family like black sunflowers, but softbill species such as Blackbirds and Robins can’t remove the husk.
