“As a human, the best things about this floating food for water birds is that it is simple to order, the delivery is fast, that we know the ingredients are good and that Vine House Farm contributes to Wildlife charities.
If I were a swan, duck or goose, I'd say that not only is this food the nicest tasting food we are ever given, that it doesn't sink and turn into a gooey mess. Best ever!”
Hello, thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that our Floating Duck and Swan Food is very popular with your local Ducks and Swans on Craiglockhart pond
“My local ducks and swans love this food. They come flying in from all directions when they see us arriving with a bag of the floating duck and swan food!”
“Our position on the River Bure at Horning is a haven for water fowl and the Floating Bird food is ideal for the Swans, Geese, and Ducks, so much so that they forget to squabble whilst feeding and the sight of so many birds thrashing the water to consume the feed is most entertaining. Nothing is wasted and when the scrummage is finished and the Gulls have taken the crumbs, the fish arrive to take the particulate matter slowly sinking, it is always amusing for our guests, children and adults alike.”
“All the wildfowl on our local pool enjoy these pellets which are easily scattered in water or on the grass and none get wasted. The only problem is I have accumulated large plastic sacks which I am unsure how to recycle. I use them to pick rubbish up with!”
Thank you for your feedback & review. Here is a blog post on how to recycle the plastic sacks. https://www.vinehousefarm.co.uk/our-position-on-plastic-packaging-2022
