Eventually this was wonderful. Slight hiccup to begin with which Bryan solved for me, very quickly and easily. Excellent customer service. And birds are very happy too.

An excellent purchase. The feeder station is tall and very well made and comes with a mesh tray, water bowl and extra hook so very good value. I have been waiting for this to come back into stock for months but it was well worth the wait - I'm delighted with it. The service was brilliant with Karen keeping me informed on a regular basis. Great product and excellent customer service - thankyou.

Perfect for a small garden. I am very pleased with the product. It was a little tricky to put together as there were no instructions in the box (loss of star) but is very sturdy with having the additional ground spike.

Brilliant. The birds love the feeders hanging from the station and are a joy to watch from the kitchen.

The seed hoppers supplied with this feeder station are very well designed, in fact they are the best of many I have tried over the years. They are easy to maintain and the squirrels cannot lift off the lid, which was a problem in the past with previous hoppers. Most importantly, the birds took to the new arrangement very quickly and can perch and feed in a variety of ways. The soil in my lawn is quite compacted and hard so I needed a little help to push the prongs into the earth but otherwise the feeder station was easy to put together and erect.

Apart from the seed tray slipping down the pole and tipping up the feeder station is satisfactory.
