High Energy Mix Reviews

An extremely high energy mixed seed bird food at a great price. This High Energy Mixed Seed flows well through tubular seed feeders in the wettest of environments. Our High Energy Mix contains: black sunflowers, chopped peanuts, white millet, kibbled maize, canary seed, pinhead oats, oil seed rape and red millet. Much like our Mixed Seed bird food but with more high energy black sunflowers and without the wheat. Our High Energy Mixed Seed bird food is also suitable for bird tables and ground feeders

I've purchased the High Energy Mix from Vine House Farm a number of times over the years, but had taken a break in the last 12 months due to a house move. Now settled into new home with a dense, tree-lined garden, I was keen to use this mix again. Its a little early in the autumn season, but birds have found the seed feeders and come throughout the day! Delivery (DHL) was extremely quick and I got the seed within 2 days of ordering. Thank you!

Whilst the birds are enjoying this high energy mix I am having to sweep the surrounding patio regularly, will have to rethink which feeder to use in future to make it less messy.

The birds are really enjoying it. I am having to fill their tray two or three times a day and all the seeds are being eaten not just selected ones.

Very popular mix although perhaps too high a percentage of black sunflower.
